    Two Second-hand September buys

    Two Second-hand September buys

Hi everyone Three cheers! I managed to get through September without buying any new clothes, which was so good as, really, over the last few month I have bought far too many new clothes, all online, of course. Some were

It’s a hats and umbrella time of the year!

A few months ago the umbrella I had up blew inside out and, as it is the start of some quite blustery rainy days in the UK, I spent an hour looking at reviews on Amazon of supposedly durable windproof

    About Me

My name is Penny, I am 78 years old and I live in Lewes, East Sussex. My reasons for writing a fashion blog is that I have built up a great wardrobe on very little money mainly because I buy from charity shops.

So my blog will feature the clothes I have found since I retired, and the clothes that I continue to find in my local charity shops. From time to time I will also comment on issues around women and ageing.
