Gosh, this is the first post I’ve done since the move. That’s a 20-day gap between this one and the last. But hey, I’m back. I’ll do a post on the move – how it went and has it been a good decision, but I’ll just say for now we’re so happy to be living once more in Brighton.
That pic was taken in the old house, but that’s how I feel about being back in my old stomping ground!
OK, it’s the month of June and time for another hat post. Actually just before the move I took lots of pics to last through the early days (and did that work, nope, too much to do, too much to unpack and sort). The pics included two hats that I swore I would get rid of as soon as the photos were taken. But did I? No, because, I just loved the look of them, including this one.
It’s got a cute little straw flower on one side and a slightly batty look which will be fine in Brighton!
That’s one side profile and here’s the other.
And that’s all for now! Apologies for this short but (I hope) sweet post. I’ve got a delivery coming soon. We’re replacing most of our big furniture for smaller more modern pieces and the first is arriving in an hour – time to get ready for that. But I’ll be back with some suitable warm weather gear as (like elsewhere) the UK is in the middle of a heatwave and it’s hot, hot, hot!
